Extended Session

If you’re someone who finds that a session is just starting to land as we hit the hour mark or someone who prefers longer less frequent sessions, this option is for you. Extended sessions are available as double sessions (two hours) and lengthened sessions (90 minute). Please make sure we discuss it in your intake or in a regular individual session before you book so that I can make sure it’s a good idea. I trust your expertise on yourself and as a therapist, it’s my job to ensure that extended session will help you reach your goals without overwhelming you. (Note that price listed below is for 90 minute sessions. If you’re looking for a two hour session, please book via email).
